For example, during the Paris Olympic Games, the National Cybersecurity Agency of France (ANSSI) created a Tchap channel to communicate securely about cyberattacks with high-risk public and private stakeholders.

User organizations can assemble custom toolsets in a workspace tailored to their specific business needs.

Among the tools available are:

• Tchap (secure instant messaging),
  
• France Transfert (large file sharing),
  
• Grist (collaborative spreadsheet and database management tool),
  
• Docs (for personal or collaborative documents),
  
• Visio (videoconferencing tool),
  
• Email (electronic mail service).

All these tools are accessible via ProConnect, a service available to all professionals, whether in the public or private sector—such as government agencies, schools, and research institutes.
This initiative is fully aligned with the interoperability strategy led by DINUM, aiming to eliminate the complexity of managing multiple logins.

ProConnect provides access to a digital suite that includes AI-powered productivity features (available exclusively to public sector employees). These features include tools for translation, writing assistance, and formatting, all designed to enhance users’ efficiency in their daily tasks.

Thanks to this digital suite, ProConnected companies can easily join a new ecosystem of users, while digital service providers have the opportunity to make their solutions available to all public agents by becoming “ProConnected,” thereby opening up new possibilities for public sector innovation.
